Notes:
Hudson Valley often gets the shaft during rehab stints, as players will sometimes “heat up” in Tampa before going to Somerset and/or Scranton.
Well, fans of the Renegades are getting a treat, as Gerrit Cole and Carlos Rodon will pitch on Thursday and Friday.
DJ LeMahieu played for the Renegades in 2024, while Rodon made a start in 2023.
Scranton (11-10) (Lost to Rochester, 2-0. They were shut down for 4.2 innings by former Yankees’ prospect Chandler Champlain, part of the package sent to the Royals for Andrew Benintendi. Champlain signed a minor league deal with the Nationals over the winter)
