RHP Osiel Rodriguez1 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 1 BB, 2 K
I have to assume that Rodriguez will find his way to Tampa at some point this season (he received a cup of coffee there in 2022)

DSL Yankees (4-0) and the DSL Bombers (4-0) both won. The Yankees knocked off the Rangers, 6-3, while the Bombers knocked off the Rockies, 9-4.

For the Yankees:
SS Luis Suarez (18) doubled twice and scored a pair of runs. He stole his third base of the season…DH Jelson Coca (17) singled and drove in two. He is listed as a shortstop…2B Luis Escudero (17) went 2-for-4 with a double. He is 3-for-11 with five walks…

For the Bombers:

CF Gabriel Lara went 3-for-5 with two doubles and a triple. He scored two runs…3B Juan Matheus went 1-for-4 with two runs scored, a walk, and two stolen bases…2B Abrahan Ramirez (18) and SS Rafael Martinez (17) each had a pair of hits. Ramirez doubled, scored two runs, and drove in a run. Martinez drove home a pair and stole a base…

RHP Omar Gonzalez: 2.2 IP, 1 H, 0 R, 3 BB, 6 K. The 17-year-old pitched to a 0.44 ERA in 20.1 innings at this level last year, striking out 36 hitters while walking nine. I doubt he sticks in the DSL much longer if this keeps up…
